I can no longer comment, it's all so depressing, if I came from Mars I would define these images as "surreal". I sense an irreversibility in the degenerating management of society, from a human, social and cultural point of view. So in the USA as in Europe I no longer see any reactive capacity in people, perhaps not even the desire. And perhaps there is not even the ability to realize the gravity of these conditions. Have the great Strong Powers definitively won?? Greetings to all.

You clearly don't understand what you're seeing. These so called degenerative conditions are the result of biased zoning and city management that have deliberately neglected the parts of the city where poor blacks are concentrated. It's a legacy of Jim Crow segregation in which the powers that control city budgets, devote almost zero dollars to the upkeep of these neighborhoods and do nothing to improve them. Instead they do what every metropolitan city does, they gentrify. People see paper and trash on the street and think, "those people don't care about their neighborhood" but it's not the people's responsibility to keep the streets clean, it's the city's job. It's why we pay taxes! Go to a prominent neighborhood and you'll see city crews cutting grass, trimming trees and using community service crews to pick up trash. Featuring these small, highly trafficked areas as "the hood" and the *raw streets" is dishonest and it's deceptive. I've been to those areas and if you drive a few more blocks you'll see nicely kept homes and neighborhoods. These videos are not an accurate representation of Houston black communities. I've lived here for over 30 years.
