That LS3 gets torque from 4100 rpm wonder why he install 3400 stall converter especially it's N/A. Maybe more suitable for street? I can hear the slipping at first shift by the way. And haha, you don't beat a GT-R with Nitrous. The motor is already smooth powering the close ratio trans and final drive, if they add Nitrous, the car will strike you down at start.

I hate to say this to you but the mustang IS NOT at the top. Gtrs, supras, Vettes, Camaros Than maybe somewhere If the mustang is supercharged and spraying it might be in the mix. But most of the time its not. Also have you not noticed ALOT and I mean ALOT of mustangs are now running lsx motors. I see Nissan 240s, rx7s, 280s etc etc all running chevy motors. Your statement isn't correct.

My Chinese moped could take them its a 250cc 2000 rpm clutch heavy rollers with a 20 mm turbo fatty conversion stretch kit it does 0-60 in 2.56 sec and 0-100 in 4.85 and it goings up to 160 mph its pretty fast for a moped.

On the streets, with the same amount of horsepower (very high horsepower), the GTR would outrun the Corvette (wheelspin and stuff above 1200hp). But on a dragstrip or during a rollrace on a decent track, the Corvette (auto only) would outperform the GTR. That is why only one Corvette with powerglide and far more power than the other cars won the TX2K king of the streets, and then only AWD won it when they banned the use of powerglide.

I did more than my fair share of street racing back in my day - early 70's - GTO's, Vettes, Road Rnnners, Mustangs, Z/28's. Back then we had higher octane pump gas than what ya'll have now. Some would even run 101 racing fuel. What do ya'll use for fuel now for these 800 and above HP motors? Also, what do ya'll race for these days? In my day we'd race for money, and if you were really sure of your car some would even race for pink's - titles. What's it like these days? Like I said - it's been a long time. Just an old curious ex street racer - who never had a son - only daughters. Thank God - he would have wound up in jail like me. That will stick on your insurance record for awhile, and then some. I couldn't get descent rates until I was in my 40's.
