I think Jabari gets underrated because of the growth of some of the other players in the draft recently. His value as a defender/3 point threat at the pf is huge. By 25-26 I can see him being over 20 points a game and great defender
@rubenpita15852 ай бұрын
First off, thank you for this video. You forgot to mention one of the best young talents in this Rockets team, who happen to be their more efficient scorer: Mr. Cam Whitmore! Two thing feel real for me as someone who has watched every Rockets game this season: 1- Ime Udoka is the real deal. The Rockets have the coach and players to be playing the way they are and build from this. Next year the Rockets will be a safe playoff team with one yr under the belt with Ime, more chemistry and with the services of Steven Adams, Tari Eason, Sengun and Cam Whitmore. 2 - The JG leap is real. This is the most complete game of his career. Before was only a matter of his shot going on and off but now he contribute in so many different ways (Credit to Ime Udoka).
@ir0nfistalex2 ай бұрын
All great points! I’ve also watched ‘almost’ every Rockets game this season. JG has struggled a lot but seems to have found his groove and I couldn’t be happier for him & the squad. I hope the road game situation can be fixed in the off-season. Udoka has been a miracle for JG, Alpi, and the rest of the team. Especially defensively.
@AlldatJazz-rw9wy2 ай бұрын
The best thing they did was to bring in Ime. He gave them structure, too bad he didn't finish with Boston, but hell we'll take him.

Lol but fr though keep up the good work man, cheers!
@bcs2592 ай бұрын
To your point about Jabari and amen being role players long term, which they may very well be, I would say young guys on competing teams are always role players/glue guys. Even cam whitmore whose shown immense potential is basically a 6th man at best currently. It only takes a couple of things for a guy to take a major leap for us to change our evaluation on them aswell which is a luxury for the rockets
@Blue-no4jt2 ай бұрын
There is obviously a correlation between Sengun being out and the Rockets winning. The pace is way faster on offense. They have better spacing and the defense with and without Sengun is night and day. Also, you are totally wrong about Amen Thompson being a complimentary piece. I don’t even know how you can say that about a rookie who everyone knew was going to be a project. Amen obviously has superstar potential. He’s averaging 18 points a game taking 90% of his shot at the rim and on putbacks. The Rockets aren’t running any plays for him at all. His ceiling is second only to Wemby in the entire league. Just watch. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

They will build around Jalen Green, Amen Thompson, Şengün, Whitmore with Fred VanVleet as the championship veteran, point guard. I don't want to count out Dillon Brooks, but he needs to make adjustments and reinvent himself. He brings grit to every team he's with, but he needs to cut out his antics. Some were doubting Jalen Green and saying that he was a G-League disappointment. He wasn't drafted from college. He was drafted from the G-League, and the highest-drafted G-League player of all-time.
