I am not familiar with the keyboard amps but I would think about what sounds are you going for and then watch some KZbin reviews. Derek Sherinian uses Marshall guitar amps for his tone, so it completely up to your tone decision.

Hi hovak what does Ellen use for an interface with Yousician for her bass.

In the studio we have the UA Apollo x16, but with the iPad you don't need an interface if you play with an amp, the iPad uses the microphone to identify the pitch.

I just purchased a Focusrite 2i2 to use with my computer for Yousician. Hopefully that will work for me. I play bass also and have one like Ellen’s the musicman stingray and also have the headstock, pickguard and control panels from Alper in Turkey on my bass also.

Hi Hovak I have a question which no one seems to be able to answer and wondered if you could help me out? I am playing my bass through Yousician with an irig2. I had new strings put on may bass and also the tech did a setup on it, adjust bridge etc. . Now after getting it back Yousician is not acknowledging my bass at all and even when I put my bass on my amp I have to turn the bass volume all the way up to hear anything. Do you know what may be wrong. It worked great before

I'm investigating getting some decent monitors for my computer. might settle for 8030's as i have a small room and could always get a sub if needed I Remember i always liked the genelecs when i heard them.
