Hoveround MPV5 Full Review

If possible, can you instruct me on how to connect replacement batteries on my Hoveround? It has the single (1 piece) battery shroud & reconnecting batteries are confusing. Do you have a video for this? Any help would be appreciated! I live in Northeast Georgia & technicians are sparse in my area.

I am not happy at all with hoveround. Your a bad representative. As we all see you have no physical issues. Just another salesman seliing junk. Let us see you go up and down ramps. Let alone if rain , etc. These are worst of worst. Do Not deal with Hoveround junk

I understand that you are not happy with Hoveround but may I ask why you say we are a bad representative? First, I have a question about your ramp, what is the degree of angle that you ramp is at? You shouldn't go any steeper than the 5 degree angle that Hoveround states on their website, especially since everything is slicker once it gets rained on. So Alex, in the video is not disabled at all but Adam (an employee of ours) is paralyzed from the waist down in a manual wheelchair and we help disabled and mobility impaired people get into power chairs and scooters all the time and we don't sell "junk" as you call it. Another question for you, did you purchase your Hoveround from us? You shame us and say we are selling junk to make money and its sad cause we don't want to hear it. Have you contacted us about it? If it is something we have done we can help that, if its something about the chair itself, that's not us and no reason to shame us for something we cannot have any control over. We have no say so on the design or the way the Hoveround is made. We have had many of our customers that have received their Hoveround and have been very happy with them. If you are a customer of ours and called in to speak with us and order the chair, you know that we ask numerous questions in order to get an idea of who you are, how and where the chair is going to be used, the users height and weight as well as some other questions just to get an idea and narrow down the best unit for you and your needs. If you purchased the chair through us and are having issues, give us a call and let us assist you but don't shame us just because you are not happy with a chair purchase.

Put in two new batteries. And 40 amp fuse. Can’t ride very far says it batteries are dead.

It could be that you have gotten a bad set of batteries. You may want to take them into an auto parts store and have them put on a load tester. If they come back bad, get the print out of the load test and call the place you purchased for a warranty if they are still under warranty.
