For safety keep in mind LED lights are quite directional. The rear light needs it's light beam to be horizontal to get back to the traffic.

Besides the rear suspension, how would you compare that bike to the Aventon Aventure 2 that also has a torque sensor?

OK, I'm still thinking of stuff. The point of these fat tire bikes is low pressure for traction, think sand (what I'm thinking) or Snow. So how low of pressure can this setup do? Thanks! Keep these reviews coming!

My fat tire ebike (I have 5 ebikes in the garage) has 5" fat tires.and there are several models that offer that dubious feature. The HOVSCO Shimano gear set is usually too lightweight for a class 3 ebike. Mine is a 160 Nm mid-drive Bafang with Torque sensing, Nice SRAM 11 speed, 14.5w 48 V batteries , quad piston 203 mm rotor hydraulic brakes, There's more but it can be purchased direct from China for approx $3.5K delivered and is a much better bike buy than the HOVSCO. This class of bike is always heavy 70-90 lbs but some handle pretty good. They are good go anywhere but are not Mt Bikes. I'm 6'5" and it looks size appropriate but it is NOT my usual preference for ebikes e.g. understated and subtle. Its a friggin monster and does not apologize for it's monster truck, Batman ebike appearance. Too many half assed ebikes coming out of China these days ... as is often the case, you get what you pay for ...

77 pounds is a bit on the heavy side. Now maybe if you can remove the battery it would drop under the 70 weight limit my Bike rack has per bike.

Hello James, HovScout without the battery weighs about 61.8 lbs. The battery alone weighs about 11 lbs. Let me know if you have any further questions!
