The way they chopped off the tree hurt me. So quickly and easily for something that took years to grow that big ☹️

Don't worry eucalyptus trees grow insanely fast. It was probably 5yrs old or less. They also destroy the land around them that makes it hard for other plants to grow, even other eucalypts! So managed cyclic growing is their best use and keeping the land useful.
