Milan Sipek owns Sipek Design in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The company designs paintings among other things like buildings, furniture, and glass objects. To create these paintings, Milan first draws them digitally, then translates that design into code. A CNC machine reads the code, allowing it to follow a path and deposit ribbons of paint along the way.

I’m impressed by his mind. He’s really keeping up with technology. Uses a machine that is typically used to cut other materials, 3D printed the extruder to be used on that machine, knows how to write code, does the art pieces using programs on a VR, it’s all quite impressive.

Now this is actually a cool idea, expecially since the guy actually makes the templates for the machine to follow by himself, actually has at least a part of a soul in it.

In these works in particular I see enough involvement of the author, (every step of a long process, measured to the millimeter) being the machine merely another tool and extension of his creativity, so that's great for me.

Your work is incredible…the way your mind works is amazing! It occurred to me as I was watching this video that two of ALL the tiny details that you have to think of and plan through is the choice of colours and the amount of paint extruded. The fact that there are TWO colours coming out of the extruder in order to create /communicate the different dimensions of your paintings (like the back and front of a person you paint) on top of ALL the other things you have to do to get to that point just blows my mind! Your art is true cutting edge innovation!

Awesome. He has to make sure he has enough paint to create, I reckon, eh? I wonder if he uses Cans or Tubes? Bad enough having lint and itty bitty flies landing on a wet painting, how does he protect his creations while they dry?

And then maybe on the inside of thooose holes maybe theres double so one row is doin one color the other color. And then the main hole. The first set i mentioned makes each of those columns into one hole. And then double sided. Thats my theory. An ART THEORY sorry had to do it. I almost never have a reason lmao

According to Jesus, anyone that looks at someone to lust after them has committed adultery in their heart.. (For anyone that doesn't know, adultery is sleeping with someone you aren't married to). Please get right with God while you still have time. If you die in your sins, only hell awaits. Believe in Jesus and allow Him to be Lord over your life because only through faith and trust in Him can you inherit eternal life ♥ He took the punishment we deserved when He allowed Himself to die at the cross. He did it so that we could be free from the bondage of sin and death. You dont have to continue sinning even if it may seem like you cant stop. God can break those chains and give you a new heart that doesn't desire to sin. He isnt far from anybody ♥ John 3:3 Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Luke 14:26 “If anyone comes to Me and does not hate his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be My disciple. 27 And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple. John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Matthew 7:13-14 “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it. 1 Corinthians 6:9 Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, 10 nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.

Seems so wasteful and the final product uninspiring. The use of the tech is interesting and I can see merit in the artist trying to adapt it into a mixed media work flow, but i don't see the point of using it to create a 2d replication of a 3d design. The 3d design looked way more interesting than the 2d version. And yeah, an absurd waste of paint when the same effect (texture) could be done by hand with far less consumption. Not like the extra texture produced by the huge globbing layers of paint looks like it actually makes anything other than a negligible difference in dimension, unlike a 3d printer.
