This is bad news for businesses in Canada. If home prices jump, regardless of monthly payments, more goes towards housing, less savings, less spending, less income for businesses, more job cuts, foreclosures. This isn't stimulating growth.

History says there will be a little blip but the market will drop like a sack of potatoes. 2025 won't be good based on historical trendlines. Now its just media hype and invested businesses that want to prop up a shirking market or need to protect their investments. Car market is tanking and layoffs in muliple sectors are taking place. 1990's all over again
