As someone who is about to put one of these together from a bunch of loose parts in a box, thank you for this video!!!! This was so helpful, especially the order and placement of the parts through the transom and how it seals. Thanks so much!!

What do you know about the Berkeley JE pump? I have a JE with a hydraulic place diverter.
@AutoTechNick Жыл бұрын
The JG and JE share internal components. The main difference is the configuration of the suction housing, and that you may not have a “split bowl.” ~Nick

Nick do you know where i can get the electric actuator with the transom cable?? im dead in the water for over a year, i have the original one but it doesnt look like yours....
@AutoTechNick2 ай бұрын
Berkely sells very limited new parts for these jet-o-vators. Your best bet is to find a used one. ~ Nick

Why does it need to be electric, I had a jet boat it had the Berkeley jet drive it was all cable driven no electric it was not hard it was easy to drive
@AutoTechNick5 ай бұрын
It doesn’t have to be electric. They can be either. Nothing is wrong with either style. Mine happened to be electric, so that’s the only reason I was discussing its operation. ~ Nick
