What an inspiring Story!!. Having grown up in a household where house managers were treated fairly and kindly this warms my heart! My late parents DM worked for them for 30 + years. When my mom passed on last year, we made a decision to keep her! she's like our 2nd mom and basically runs our home. We are all adults 40+, but each time we visit Kenya/upcountry its feels like our parents still live there. The home is well kept. We have assured her that her pension is covered should she decide to leave. She chose to stay! I love her dearly and would move mountains for her!

Lynn I really enjoyed that interview I did see the interview you had with Shee alone she is such a kind warm wonderful person oh how i wish everyone was like her. This story reminded of me and my house help when I was back in my country this is exactly how I treated her and when I came to America we remained friends until she died in 2020 in my country and it broke my heart our friendship lasted 43 years.
