@@Englandmay I use supplements but are very different from the ones I started with, I adjust based on my healing journey. Most of the supplements are for long term health, not necessarily IBD related

She’s eating a broad diet now yes but still very conscious of eating healthy using food philosophy in a manner that supports her gut health :)
