I figured you forged and twisted the flutes in! Very nice factory and efficient crew. Thanks for sharing. I heard the twist drill (the modern type for drilling steel) was invented in the 1860's by Henry Morse. It would be interesting to see how he originally did it.

Working with gloves on rotating parts is really dangerous. I know it is due the danger of cutting hand and fingers but this is not the solution… better use auxiliary tools to handle in this situation.

thank you Jari, that process for oxide finish, under degree 560 degree, will have to take 2 hours then can release the stress of the drill bit. Thank you for your suggestion, We will see how to improve quicker.
