how accurate self vaccum compare with vaccum machine? is it the same?

Well it depends on the length of the pipe. Self vaccum is accurate for small systems like the one I had, not for larger systems. You will need vaccum pumps in bigger systems.

Well if you don't have a vacuum pump or forget in your workshop, this is how you do it without it.
