Wow, this sums up my dad perfectly. He would lecture me about Ghandi when I was being bullied in school. One time I expressed that I needed a gun for self defense (separate situation from school bullying) and he said he would rather I die. He literally thinks he’s Abraham. I have been researching this narcissism stuff for months now. I don’t think that narcissists are healthy additions to a child’s life. So, I’m trying to figure out if I need to leave the situation, to remove the threat, or if I need to be here to shore up the damage. When I pray, I keep getting the same message. “Suffer, for me. Suffer for my name.” Anyways, I guess I need to just go and see a therapist. Thanks for the reply. If you pray, please pray for Gods will to be done and that the resources needed are provided.

My narc mother told me she wants to do community service in her future.. when I confronted her of how horrific her treatment was towards me from my childhood. She denied, gaslighted and is still delusional. I got the last laugh on them all. I’m now Raquelle as a human on a billboard in Times Square. My mother in law said to me ‘have you heard about Jesus?’ And when I told her I’d been raised Christian, attended church etc she got so annoyed. SHE wanted to be the one to lecture me on Jesus.
