Man wtf?? What happened to the compact kibble/dog food? I have an XL and I feed her Victor brand salmon, but sometimes she gets beef version as well, along with vitamins for hip & joint, immuno, gut. She also gets salmon oil, goat milk, etc, As well as carrots and spinach when I eat them which is almost everyday. I've never had any issues with her health, etc. And she's perfectly healthy. She also pushing 200lbs. I can't imagine spending all that money feeding raw. The majority of people would go broke. I probably spend about $200, maybe even less on everything all together and it lasts 2-4 months. She also gets ample exercise and always has water available. I pondered feeding raw but upon extensive research I've learned it doesn't make a difference in regard to nutrition, there's no "1UP" benefit to it, there's not a gigantic advantage to it enough to make a large difference, it's just costly, especially because of how long their lifespans are.
