How the Layer 2 switch builds its MAC address table and forwards frames on the network. When the switch needs to flood frames on the network. And, how the switch examines the Layer 2 frame headers to make forwarding decisions and build the MAC address table based on the source and destination MAC addresses.

This. I am very frustrated that there are no proper explanations from the "first boot" with only ip addresses set up, into the packets flowing with mac addresses. Extremely hard to get the overall working of system.

Computer A seems to know in advance the MAC- Address of Computer D, the destination. From where computer A gets the destination MAC-Address from? (Sorry for my English)

This does not look correct. On my simulator, switches always keep the mac addresses of neighbor switch interfaces on their mac address tables.
