Did people miss the part where he talked about water? And what is in it? To identify a human, in a certain part of the city,. They even know how long you live in that part… that is a HUGE mistake from him.. it confirms there IS IN FACT something in the water, depending on where you live… Should water be just……..WATER…ill be digging deeper to find out how they can pinpoint a person from the water they drink in different parts of the same city … crazy….
