Very pally with another man that claims to be a romany gypsy, Tom Hartley. Serious money in the car game and no capital gains tax. Hartley's even take watches and art in payment for cars. Itd make you wonder what other deals go on. I wouldn't say Sines sells or imports drugs but he could very well finance shipments, thats where the money is.

The horseracing authorities were no threat to those guys. As someone said to me the police were pretty wary of them, so the racing authorities would have been childs play for them. A long ban just means you cant go racing nothing else significant. It wouldnt surprise me if they are still involved. Especially if they like a bet.
