Great hack, thanks Andy! I've done this myself without really understanding the science of it. For me it was "am i following my rules or am I hoping it will win?". I've had both answers and each time I've asked, I've taken the correct action. For some reason this has slipped so I'm bringing it back with a vengance because I''m going through a right rough patch at the moment!

Not sure what your question is, but the way I see it is... If you're not trading your plan you're basically gambling. So, asking yourself that question should make you realize you are not trading your plan and therefore taking a gamble.
