After I take a win, I realized my next trade is an emotional trade. Irregardless of the outcome. Working on detachment from the previous trade is vital. I’m in with FTMO in the first phase took a +4% on Cable and a -1(Emotional trade). I am up +3%, Falcon all the way.

Trading is 90 % psychology 10 % technicals / strategy and next time someone argues with you on this point please ask them this one simple question : If psychology is not important and it is all about having an edge then why do majority traders make money paper trading but when it comes to trading a real account they crash and crumble ? Couldn’t have come at a better time mate. Once your technicals are “okay and work most of the time” .. brilliant now over time that can get tightened and tuned. But if you’re not able to execute on trades or take too many trades.. don’t take profit or set stop loss too tight due to greed.. doesn’t matter how fine tuned your technicals get if you aren’t fine tuning your psychology 🫡
