Well, it technically wasn't Evil Neuro, but Neuro-Sama who broke Numi's arm with a baseball bat during their first collab stream (several months ago), but one could say back then Evil Neuro was still part of Neuro-Sama instead of a separate entity, so it seems only fair that she takes credit for it.
