This is why Coiski is the best when it comes to content!!! You all are always looking ahead and reaching out to various brands universities, people etc. Great to see how far George has taken this company since his time at Nice Kicks.

I've watched a good amount of these videos, and I have to say: not one time have I seen any of these big time college football 🏈 weight training facilities carry or contain a "drive sled" machine. My former highschool had one in its weight room purchased by the football 🏈 coaches there. It was used specifically for what it's titled as: to drive or push with force.

i see an absolute TON of promotion in print+media of speed and power and accelaration and agility and coordination movements with weights...and the explanation is typically that....those kinds of movement styles are the best to train for the demands of sports. This is a very slick (and misguided) explanation in my opinion....BECAUSE there is NO point in training for these factors without gaining basic muscle strength first. Same thing goes for the cultural "romance" with the term functionality. Again,it is an absolute fact of life (and exercise science too, btw),that attempting to train to be more functional is POINTLESS without gaining muscle strength 1ST;as a matter of fact, attempting to improve any kind of performance factor,is badly compromised, without the objective of gaining a baseline of muscle and connective tissue strength 1ST. It has always been my understanding as former CSCS (14 years),that the BEST and SAFEST way to improve POWER,is to GAIN strength- and adding muscle mass is the best way to achieve that. So,to sum up....without gaining STRENGTH...there is little point in training for much else, without ASKING for injury or joint deterioration. Someone care to comment on this?
