This also happens to block 196 Kim Keat Ave, there was a dynamite placed at the left side of the block for the first floor. It destroyed the entire block and idk how many people died or got injured. There is a clip on KZbin so you may check if out. It is new replaced with a new block. Stay safe out there!

It's not a shaped charge. The animation shows a thermite charge. A shape charge is never going to be "low ordered".
