You said that as your children grow, you also grow older. As you grow older, you still feel like you are in your 20s. It is a sad feeling. My parents are also getting older and it is hard, but I think growing up is a blessing. I hope you and your family stay healthy.

I am so comforted that you sympathize with my thoughts. Thank you so much for leaving such a warm comment. I hope you are always healthy and happy.
This is truly a labor of love. I've love kimchi but it stinks up the entire house for a whole day ๐. Do you have any suggestions on how to air out the house (in winter when it's cold outside/summer when it's too hot)? Also, do you suggest any sprays around the house to neutralize the smell of kimchi?

Hello~ If you are bothered by the smell of kimchi, it is likely that you have eaten aged kimchi. The first kimchi I made smells fresh and delicious and does not have a sour smell. Another way to reduce the smell of kimchi is to fry it in cooking oil and eat it. Store kimchi in a well-sealed glass container. It is also a good idea to spray deodorant after eating. Sulted fish may be added to kimchi, which may give it a bad smell, but it only becomes delicious when added to kimchi.โค๏ธ

Hi, you live in North India! Nice to meet you. I wonder what North Indian pickles taste like. I also recommend making Korean kimchi. I think it will be a fun experience. It goes very well with rice. Thank you for leaving a comment. I hope you always stay healthy and happy.
