If you read the analysis on “IT”, basically she (yes she) infects her victims with parasites and able to control them herself. But if she dies, the parasite also dies. That’s why after Ada kills IT the parasite inside her also dies, and she coughs it up. It was an interesting plot but it doesn’t last very long.

Her streak is finally broken. Ada was never infected before this. The only other main character who could claim that feat is Chris Redfield but he was also briefly infected too in Death Island. Obviously there are plenty others who were never infected but they don’t appear frequently enough for it to count as a “streak”

I'm under the impression that this wasn't a plaga infection, but something completely different. This is why Lois's treatment didn't kick in right away when he administrated it to her and she ended up coughing it up after defeating U3.

Pesanta is the progenitor/main source of that particular parasite, hence why he knows wherever Ada is, and when defeated, the parasite died

This is the “hallucination” factor used on Leon’s character for the original RE4 that we never got experience but adapted into Ada’s storyline… instead of a hook man we get IT/U3 Brilliant! I love it Capcom

No, she got infected by the U3 The parasites came from U3. When she killed the U3 the parasite is automatically expelled. Leon and ashley on other hand Got vaccinated by the virus itself.

I think it doesn't make any different. Because the plaga inflitrates through victim's vein no matter where it goes, neck, arm or maybe leg. Because the blood will always pass heart organ. We didn't know if Leon and Ashley got infected with Dominant Plaga or not. But for sure, Ada got infected with dominant one (Verdugo/U3) Besides Capcom didn't explain it. It is still not acceptable if Ada can remove plagas just by coughing.

​@@alifhamzah3077dominant Plagas are control Plagas (those Salazar, Krauser and the big chief have) and Plaga Leader (that Saddler has and that was in the sample Ada and Krauser were trying to steal in original RE 4 and in the "amber" in remake 4). Verdugo and U3 were created with basic Plagas through experiments with DNAs of other animals and insect species being added to a human being, same with the Novistadors, Luis report number 5 I think says that in original RE 4.

Verdugo is the one who controls that particular parasite. Once he's killed, the parasite is automatically expelled as seen on the video.

@@nambelas It wasn't vertugo. Vertugo was killed by Leon. This one is Pesanta. As you can read from notes the man who later became Vertugo did researches on the housekeeper. She was turned into Pesanta and then he did the same procedure on himself and becane the Vertugo. As we can read from note Pesanta infects her victims and the only way to cure your body - kill "the mother" - Pesanta.

I think it’s because she defeated the monster that infected her with the plaga Kinda like the parasite was codependent on U3’w existence, so when Ada defeated it the parasite grew weak and Ada’s body was able to fight off the parasite and expel it out I know it’s not explained but it’s pretty much implied
