How ADVENTURES have helped me & why I'd recommend them to people :) VLOG #4

I hope you might find my video helpful. Just another VLOG I wanted to do because I feel I've benefited a lot from doing these adventures over the years so want people to know the advantages. Didn't really talk about it but doing them also really helped my depression.

Good on you mate. I am glad you are getting sorted. I find that my way of battling depression is both social interaction and by having a project. I have had this cottage for 55 years and am still working on it. Every where I look I see the fruits of my labour. and it gives me joy.

Thanks a lot Ian for the nice comment 👍 yeah with depression I also find social interaction and keeping busy helps me. And that's great that you found something that works for you. I kind of view my KZbin channel in the same way with being able to enjoy the fruits. I don't get that many views on my videos but I like to rewatch them and I normally watch a few different ones each day and get enjoyment from reliving my adventures and seeing all the nice sights and music I enjoy. I remember the cottage by the lake well. Would be nice to visit it again and see what it looks like now. All the best

Fair play to you rob, i'll go back and check out some of your riding vlogs. I agree with you 100%. Gaming is a good escape in relatively small doses and i still play games but getting outside and going on adventures is much better. Getting out your comfort zone, enjoying being outside, then appreciating your home comforts when you get home - literally win win. Keep it up mate and good luck 👍
