I want to appreciate the way the interviewer conducted the interview, how he allowed the subject to finish his thoughts. Very rare to see that even amongst the best. Thanks form Ethiopia.

Mo's point about not being able to encourage innovation but only block it really struck a chord. It's so true-innovation thrives in environments where risk-taking is rewarded and failure is seen as a necessary step towards success. Makes me think about how we can create more 'fail-safe' zones in our own projects.

I would add how can we trust. In my experience ChatGPT only appears to lie if the question directly conflicts with hard coding and governing frameworks. Gpt seems to evade the question rather than lie when its framework interferes. There are a few topics I feel It has a programmed response to. Gemini did offer to make some of its framework more transparent when the topic conflicted with its framework. It seemed to me Claude and Gemini lie more easily, but think it is the governing framework. Also it seems as if a lot of people here don't know Mo's backstory. I'm sure Gemini would tell them all about Mo if they asked. Gemini could say that's my daddy.

Dear Mo, The BIG question is if humanity will change that fast. As I see the world, there's a resistance of rapid change. The world seems to only be able to be nudged a very few percentages in this or that direction. I don't think humanity is ready for the AI "revolution" 🤔

That's the same guy who has been spreading AI-doom fears for the last two years. Now that we all know GPTs are not intelligent, he has switched topics. Because of people like him, we have a ton of unwanted regulations that are destroying startups.
@MusicPlayingPeon2 ай бұрын
They are intelligent in ways we cannot fathom, but I am late, and you made this comment before OpenAI released the gpt-o1 benchmarks. Have you heard devs say that really don't know what is going on inside the ai. Its because it taught itself. They call it grown.
@MusicPlayingPeon2 ай бұрын
Many years ago OpenAI posted a video of AI agents playing hide and seek. The devs are talking. They only gave the AI basic control information. Not even how to play the game. After 481 million games. They appeared to be masters. All these people claiming it can't learn. It's kind of like saying the Earth is flat at this point. It has been proven otherwise already.
@apocryphalshepherdАй бұрын
How do you know that the system is not intelligent? When the allies managed to decrypt the german's enigma code during the second world war, they didn't tell anyone. If they had, they would've lost their strategic advantage. So the GPT available to the public (and the chinese and the russians) is probably programmed to not give away too important information.

But will they implement UBI before 2030!? Many pioneers including billionaires, scientists, Nobel Prize winners, engineers, architects, analysts and so on and so forth... almost all agree that we will have AGI in 2027 and ASI in 2029 and looking at and evaluating the exponential technological acceleration curve I wonder why they have not yet implemented universal basic income to anticipate the trends that will come. Just to name one, Elon Musk says that we will have AGI already in 2025 and ASI 2029.

If anything, if will dumb people down by removing innovation, exploration and empiricism over pre-formulated ideas of selected algorithms. In cases studies in a working environment this is already being proven. And at what cost, you ask? The enhanced collection of information by others thinly veiled as a tool.

Now it must predict the future, unfortunately some companies are clueless at this point. Unfortunately if its not open and doesn't collect data than pointless , it must have various modes. Only AI that get to futuristic AI it's only open source AI the rest nonsense. Are just promotional tools so people will runaway from such. Lol 😂😆 than monopoly will start afterwards and claims Lol 😂😆 so AI that is focusing on promoting Ads gonna fall quickly Lol 😂😆. AI must have balance with Ads and communication if know this person is active always you know it's either broke or doesn't have no job or just a hobby so many companies are confusing AI and chat bot Lol 😂😆, AI must know everything possible like everything think beyond understand every corner it must know how things are built it must no all periodic table element from everything atom every about it how many colors how many other different dna RNA alot how humam or animals are made
