This is the most raw and honest interview on ocd that I’ve ever seen and I have so much respect for her for saying all of it out loud. The help that she can provide to so many, including myself, just by being open and honest can save so many lives. I absolutely love these interviews, they’ve been life changing🙌🏻

I would say moral OCD are the worst like: POCD , Harm OCD , Scrupulosity OCD , false memories OCD , real events OCD.

I had POCD thoughts for years, and everything she said is so relatable. It really did just hit me one day and exploded from them.

I can relate so much to this as im going through it myself right now. I loved listening to this interview but to be honest i wish she wouldn't have used cuss words as much as she did. I appreciate that it is important for us suffering to find a safe space where we're able to share our personal experiences and that this is one of them, where we're able to be heard. But hearing her swear is not only very triggering it, also takes away my focus for the rest of the interview just anticipating when's the next time she will swear. Unfortunately I'm 13min in and have to cut it short because i can feel OCD is taking over the system. I do find it to be very valuable and I'll try to come back and watch the full video bit by bit. Thank you for uploading. 🙏

Thank you so much for sharing this video. Alegra's voice is so helpful in removing the stigma and shame from taboo ocd.
