Green day, bought 25 shares of PRZO at $1.27 and sold during that first big dip at $1.40. In hindsight I would have gotten more had I just sold half or held the whole thing but that big dip scared me off. In the end I'm happy with +9.72%. I'm trading penny stocks and small sizes. I'm down about $1.30 for the month but that's because I did an experiment one day that failed horribly, otherwise I'd be up somewhere between $10 and $15.

I am curious on what is your average gain per dollar. 2 or 3 percent pr 10 to 12 percent. I ask this, I trade on percentage per dollar value on 1 share. Example. Share is 3 dollars. I am looking for 3.15 / 5% with a 3 to 5% / 9 to 15 cent per share risk. So stop is 2.91 to 2.85. Depending on how strong it is and my entry, maybe a little early.

I'm doing the small share size trading to learn rather than using the TOS simulator. The TOS sim doesn't allow studies or premarket so it just feels useless to me. I've only been doing this for about a week so far and I suck at it, but I'm willing to lose 10 or 15 dollars a day until I get better at it. One of these days I'll probably join your group.

I use TOS as well, and I agree 100 percent the sim sucks. I went live and just started with 1 share and worked my way up from there. You're 100 percent live but since most goals for this type of strategy is 10-20 cents per share, your losses should be nothing while you're still learning. Good luck on your journey!

Good start, I've done similar. The challenge is when you start to get a little better not sizing up too fast. There's a lot of steps forward and back, but I agree with small size live is better than Sim for many things as you start to train emotion with trade. In the Sim its just too easy to plunk down large size and no butterflies or emotions.

I'm new to this, and not skilled yet, but I found UMAC especially difficult to trade on the simulator today just because it was so erratic during the high volume periods and bouncing all over the place. It was really hard to figure out where to get in and get out. I wound up giving up on it after a couple of small losing trades, thinking it was the best decision for Risk Management. I know it's a paper account, but I'm trying to act in the simulator as I would with a real account.

2X my daily goal on Black Friday with $CABA, $RGTI, ACHR, and $CAN ... Something Odd however.... I was in 240 shares with $ACHR and it only honored 200 shares when it came to sell... Hey Ross, using leverage in a small account size not subjecting to PDT IS NOT A SMALL ACCOUNT CHALLENGE. Neither is it a "small acount" challenge with over 10000 using TOS. If you are serious, start with $2000 cash account with LS or TOS. Let's see how you can pull it off with just one or two trades per day WITHOUT leverage.

34k up paper trading today. Traded UMAC all morning, some others as well. PRZO too but bailed out early gains on it. Did some pre market. from 5k in the account a month ago today am at 116k Is it good? Used 5k of shares only at begining today then 2500 to avoid big losses when shorts flooding UMAC.I started all in a lot at the begining, helped grow altho stupid, Once at 30k i reduced to buying 80 percent in one go - stupid as well. now i only take 5k of shares if I can afford it but usually avoid anything more than 15 a share. I short sometimes as well but rare. 1st red ever 2 days ago, 12k down. I trade on the 5 secs chart. 8 bucks a transaction for 20k of shares at 1 sold at 2. Low fees defo helps (i know papertrading but i do bunch of ping pong trades so for this reason) Goal is 1k a day then play money, Went up 12k down back to 6 the back up 13 and 22 then up 30 and yoyo btw 29 31 for a while then broke to 34. Thanks a lot as I learned and still do a ton watching your vids. Account is open but i already aprehend going back to 5k only 💀

Where are you located? Find a broker you can access and trade in the simulator for at least 6 months, follow Ross's courses and take your time. I'm UK based so limited in choice, but I started with real money in August with $1k using Robinhood non-margin cash account to execute and Tradingview for charts, it's now $1.5k so I took the $500 and used that yesterday for the live data on Tradingview with the Black Friday sale. Took my first trades today after hours and I'm up another $15 today! 😂

I don't believe he is successful. He made his money mainly from selling his courses and making videos. I use LS just like him but their platform layout is completely different. His strategy can work. But to be consistently profitable, it requires major tweaks.
