As a Jamaican raised in Washington DC. My wife is a Ghanain, we have already have two properties in Ghana, Accra and winneba. Another one is on going Akim Oda in the eastern region. I remember the first time we went to her hometown, we passed through swedru, a very busy town. Talking about poultry farm is a very good business. You can make a lot of money out of eggs , all what you need to do is getting acres of maize 🌽 fame to feed your birds of chicken. I will encourage you to do it 🌽🌽🌽🐓🐔🐔🥚🥚🥚🥚🥚💰💴💵

Make sure you use expert builders who knows what there doing and advise you what todoand where to put drainages . Pls hire an engineer to buld your home
