Things like these are the reason Childe mains are disliked As a former Childe main myself, I just stopped using him after people came after me and calling me weird things and associating me with things that weren't even true, just because I like and use Childe. I cant even have both my Ganyu and Childe in display together, even when separated with others, without people calling me out and weird. Please do not associate players with toxic fandoms of their main, especially if you don't know them. Yes, its just a game. But some people can get seriously messed up because of this. Surprisngly, after this comic I started appreciate Nyantcha more as an artist. To have the knowledge and skills to pull all of that and leave their mark on community that feels fresh to this day is incredible and what made me invested in her artworks. I was a mad Ganyu fan when Nyantcha not only made that comic but also decided to continue it so naturally i became her enemy for life. My petty resentment of her got to a point where i was and still AM able to recognize most of her comics from the way the fucking text boxes alone are drawn… Do i still wish those comics never existed and she drew, i don't know, two flowers fighting a dragon that day? Sure. Do those comics still bother me? Luckily nah. However…the fact that when that woman actually wants to, she could probably make some of the best fan comics this community has ever seen but instead Noooooo let's try to once again to get the world record for “1st person to draw a character being gangbanged by hilichurls”, sometimes still infuriates me to this day.

I highly doubt I’m the only one but, I never knew about this comic beforehand, my friend told me to keep it that way but my curiosity got the better of me… If you want my honest opinion, this honestly didn’t make that much of an… IMPACT on me (not sorry for the pun). Honestly the part that impacted me more than the comic was the reaction to Childe’s character and his VA. Like I’m not a childe fan, not even close I’m more of a Ganyu guy but even then, that reaction was over the top.
