Yes. Mortgage is good! I always try to shift all the mortgage debt from my home to my rental properties. This way I claim as much interest as possible on the investment mortgages as possible, and I my home pmts are really low. Adele did a great job of explaining how to withdraw money from investment properties, and Darren did a great job of slowing her down by asking really important questions. Thanks a lot, Darren!

I wonder how Adele managed portfolio when all her assets are leveraged to the tits (LTV greater than 80%) after prime going from 2.20% to 7.20%.
