Studying tape is most important to this!! A QB doing his homework on the defense and personal just as much as knowing and trusting his personal!!!! Good stuff!!!

Probably my two favourite QB's to watch. The vertical game is where it's at. Davante made that adjustment look so smooth and easy too.

It brings to mind Jeff Blake's moon balls to Carl Pickens. Legendary!

After watching this channel for half year, I am now able to recognize the difference between average and good teams. Very interesting to learn how the QB's and receivers utilize everything on the field (hash, numbers, pylons, etc). I know my share of football too; I let my '06 Defensive Player of the Year trophy from our 4-6 season do the talking for me.

I have a question. Basically a go route is one of many tools an offense uses to hit explosive plays. I believe it was Bill Walsh who talked about the importance to have explosive plays as it relates to wins and losses much like the turnover battle does. Could you do a breakdown of explosive plays or if that is getting out of the realm of Quarterbacking perhaps breakdown other types of explosive plays teams use in their arsenal.

Can you cover moon balls like the plenty Russ dropped in the bucket this season? ie. to Tyler Lockett against the cardinals in AZ

Hey Coach, great video, enjoyed it a lot, thank you so much. Russell's deep ball accuracy is really amazing, hope he stays in Seattle. Greetings from Austria 🇦🇹

@@letsgobroncos4143 Never thought I would say that, but today I am happy what we got for him and the Seahawks made the change on QB and not at HC. Time will tell but I think he could definitely bounce back next season.

@@martineitermoser439 me too, but I’ve become very pessimistic after what happened last season. I do have faith in Sean Payton though.

@@letsgobroncos4143 I think coach Payton will bring you back on track. Also still have a pretty good defense. All the best for next season! 😉

I’ve seen a lot of teams use motion, especially in college, as a decoy to freeze the linebackers up. Jeudy and Ruggs would be in motion so much at Alabama and it seemed to work, but I don’t see that type of motion in NFL offenses with a possible exception of the Ravens and Chiefs. Is there an advantage of using motion as a decoy? And does that advantage apply more in college than it does in the NFL?

This may be off-topic, but can you do a video on the ball-handling during playaction? It would be much appreciated.

If you throw back shoulder, do you have a yardage mark to judge by or do you just make your decision once the defender turns his hips. I always thought they threw it at a certain depth but Aaron Rodgers gave an interview talking about transition go balls and judging when a corner turned his hips?
@TheQBSchool3 жыл бұрын
No. Depends on a lot.

Pretty sure you throw it when your arm feels right, there's no help deep and your WR beats his man. At least that's how it works in NCAA14

Personally I’m playing in a rec league so when I see a little 5’4 corner on my big 6’2 stud I will throw a jump ball and have him just go up and get it
