Sir ji namaste, mai Ali gar ka hu aur Hyderabad me ek Aadmi ne mujs udhar 1.5 Lakh Rs liye the 5 year's pehle, jab usne dene se inkar kar diya toh humne civil court me case file kiya hai 4 saal case chala aur es 4 saal me wo sirf 1 baar wo aur 1 baar unka vakil court me aaya after 4 year's long waited court ne mere favour me judgement de diya hai ab maine judgement ki 2 copy registered post se 1 uske ghar ke address per aur ek uske shop ke address per Beji lekin usne dono jagah judgement RECEIV nahi kiya toh maine usko whatsapp per judgement sent kiya toh read kar bol rahe hai ki mai apeeal karunga, AUR MERE VAKIL AB BOL RAHE HAI KI ( EP ) karni hogi,uske 15 thousands alag se vakil sahab maang rahe hai, TOH MAI YE JAANNA CHAHTA HU KI AGAR HUM EP FILE KAR RAHE HAI AUR DEFENDANT NE APPEAL KAR DI TOH KYA MERA EP KA PROCESS RUK JAAYEGA, aur vakil sahab ye bhi bol rahe hai ki ye malum karo ki ghar uske naam hai aur agar uske pass kio car ye bike hai. Toh uska photo lana hoga jab EP. kar rahe hai toh court ka koi aadmi uske ghar jana chahiye aise toh saari zindagi aise hi maamla chalta rahega 🙏

Without transfer certificate, is it possible to file an execution petition in another state. Will court allow such petition and number generated? Or only after numbering will the court check if Jurisdiction is there or not?

If the execution is of arbitration award then it can be filed. If the execution is of civil court decree then it cannot be filed without transfer certificate. Jurisdiction is checked at the time of filing however, there are instances where cases are registered and then later on dismissed.

Iam the shop owner I filled case against tenant for vacant the shop in rent tribunal court and judgements against tenants afterthat tenants writ in high court and disposed the case and order against tenant but high court given sometime to vacant the dispute shop and also order submit undertaking letter in trial court(rent tribunal court) and mesne profit (three times rent) but tenant submitted undertaking letter but not giving three time rent, can I file execution petition and where to file high court or trial court
