I have filled a case under section 138 NI Act in Chiplun Maharashtra Court in 2019 but due to lack of Jurisdiction my case was returned to be filled in proper court order by the respected Judge. By this time my cross was recorded and the case was in final stage. The Chiplun Court returned me only the documents which I have filled for the Case. Proceeding Documents were not given to me. Now I have filled the case in Vikhroli Mumbai Maharashtra Court as per the Order. But the Judge here is asking for the Original Proceeding Documents of the Case orally. He is not issuing an Order for this. So how can I get the Proceeding Documents from the Chiplun Ratnagiri Court, He is also not accepting the True Copies of the Proceedings.
