How and where to register for MOOC courses in VTU ? for B.E honours

Maam VTU released a circular for BoS recommended courses for honors but they dont match the list shown under MOOC resources. What to do? Edit: nevermind. I emailed them and got my answer

Yes you can choose any course... but my suggestion is choose frm ur branch..so tht you can expertise...
