I responded the next day which was on Saturday with the properly scanned copy of the reference letter attached, my employment letter as well as even my work promotion letter .

Thank you for the video, i wanted to ask did you overstayed your visit visa or you were still within the number of months. Because I just did my visa application and I was in the Uk last year for 7 weeks (but I started I will be using just 1 week in the application it was for an exam) and I was giving a 6 months visa. In my new application I didn’t give any details of why I started longer. I haven’t gone for my biometrics do you think I should go with a cover letter explaining why I stayed for 7 weeks ? Please your quick response will be appreciated

Thank you for this video because i have been in the Uk ..I took a summer programme for two weeks..but my visa was 6 months valid..does it mean i overstayed if i spent a two weeks plus a whole month. Should I state it in student visa application CAS.

Pls I need your advice my husband was refused a dependent visa for failing to declare a 2012 refusal meanwhile he declared for 2015/2016, Pls can we do an administrative review or just do a new application. If you have sent them what they requested for then I am very sure they will give you the visa. I have people that they also requested more things from and they got their visas. Good luck dear and yes can’t wait to meet you too❤️

2022 was a lot seriously,i applied uk skilled work visa,it was refused because of a missing doc,which i provided and they stated they didnt receive it,i was told in my refusal letter that what to do next is to seek administrative review which takes 28days,i do not want to do the administrative review,i want to reapply,do i write to them that i do not want administrative review or i should withdraw my application or i should just wait for collection mail, if i hold on to get a collection mail,hope they wont hold my passport for the 28days before sending my passport back ,i need it as soon as possible to reapply ,pls help

Helps sist, I am so sorry for your visa refusal. You can reapply again and your application will be treated as a new one just make sure all the documents are complete. I get a lot of messages about getting your passport back. You passport will be returned within a week or max two after your refusal letter so don’t worry about that.

I made a silly mistake of uploading my reference letter that wasn't properly scanned, cutting away the company's address and contact. I honestly dont know, if this was why i got this mail. assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information. Please provide the following documents: Official, verifiable documents to demonstrate what you have been doing since your graduation in 2012 . This should be in English or a certified translation and for example be in the form of: Payslips / employment letters with contact details and dates of employment on them / bank statements with regular salary being deposited / employment contracts / further education certificates and should not just be a CV. Your documents do not need to cover the entirety of the period referred to, but should be reflective of what you have done during this time. The decision maker will use this information to consider whether you meet the genuine student requirement of the Immigration Rules. If we

They usually ask student that have left school for more than 5 years. So if you have your NYSC certificate, your work contract which is can also be your employment letter, business registration if you have one too. It’s just to tell them what you have been doing since you left school in 2012.

Thank you so much. When you go for your visa appointment they will ask if you want your passport to be delivered to you with DHL or you come for pick up. It took them 4 days to return my passport to Bayelsa after refusal.
