@aspirant2167 dont worry on that. A cardio expert says, 95% of heart attacks are preventive, again a cardio expert who sees heart patients. A cardiac surgeon who kept doing surgeries until 95 years if his age says you can have a strong heart. Stop looking up about heart attack on youtube and google, stop thinking axiety and panic can cause heart attack, anxiety pains remain persistent even if the anxiety goes, it's a long process. Stress releases cortisol, exercise reduces cortisol, stress reduces magnesium, leafy vegetables increase magnesium... Healthy diet, intermittent fasting, and exercise can promote good health and a strong heart... Good luck

Aap apni diet achii rakhain, 40 minutes walk karain, aur gehree sanson wali exercise karain... Panic attack anay dein, aap k andar mot ka khof baitha huwa hai.. Healthy diet, exercise, see videos of deep breathing wim hoff, panic harmone cortisol adrenaline deep breathing se kam hota hai.. Aap ka dil mazboot rahay gaa. Fazool dard aur pareshani anay dein. Aap wo karain jo aap ko karna hai. Baaki zyada heart attack se darnay kee zaroorat nahii hai.. Fasting, good diet, exercise, gehray sanso kee exercise, aap inshaallah ek maheenay mein set ho jayein gee
