ماشاءاللہ بہت اچھی خدمت کر رہے ہیں مخلوق کی ، غربت کی وجہ سے لوگ کرایہ گفٹ افورڈ نہ کر سکنے کی وجہ سے رشتہ داروں کے پاس جا نہیں سکتے نہ ہی انہیں اپنے گھر بلا سکتے ہیں صرف اپنی دو وقت کی روٹی کے لیے ہی پریشان رہتے ہیں اور اس ہاتھ روک لینے کی وجہ سے اللّٰہ تعالٰی بھی برکت روک لیتا ہے ، اپنا نوالہ دوسرے کو دینے والوں کو ربّ ایک دن غربت سے نکال دیتا ہے

1.Har cheez ka sirf ek hal hai. 5 waqt ki namaz regularly aur Read Quran everyday for atleast 15-20min. 2. Sleept at 10PM and wake up at 5AM. 7hrs sleep is enough. Sleeping on time and waking up early is very important. If its summer then sleep at 9PM and wake up at 4AM for fajar. Namaz is the best exercise you dont need anything. 3. Drink atleast 1.5litre water daily and maintain a healthy diet. Stop eating too much sugar and cold drinks. 4. Dont think about any negativity. Always be positive on everything

Exactly brother/ sister You’re right I always pray on time and I really like to help with people’s and feeding a food to cats on street and respect of my family and we should be grateful whatever we have because Allah love us and the evidence :- Allah give us a good health and brain to use it in good way, whatever happens to your life, Allah has a great plan for you and Don’t overthink, pray and leave it to Allah. So brothers and sisters, please pray on time and everyday read a Quran due it strengthens the heart and brain. Life is so nice and Do your best, Allah will help you with the rest.
