It literally looks so easy when you do it but I feel like a 2 year old learning to throw and catch 😂 will keep practicing 💪

I get this channel is dedicated to foot health and development but the kicks are way easier with shoes. Maybe consider working on the timing and general movement and dexterity with shoes where the actual striking is way more forgiving and then progress to not using shoes.

Y'all been down under a rock down there?! Hacky Sack is a brand name, Footbag is a sport. Maybe try some shoes mate. I remember when I first got a pair of rod lavers and how much my game changed. Take a look at some videos of the most elite players in the world like Jim Penske kzbin.infoaKl-W1U7mig?si=Po4_kKBY2iM4I4rt kzbin.infoaKl-W1U7mig?si=Po4_kKBY2iM4I4rt

Aware of the footbag vs hacky difference! Most people still know this tool and practice as hacky sack. Also the point of this channel is to help people improve foot function and health - engaging in hacky training barefoot is one great way to do that 👌
