I would recommend using a bag 50%-60% full. If it’s too full, it’ll bounce or ricochet off your hand and be impossible to control. Dope video Grant!

❤Great stuff, thank you! Could you think of a 5-10 minute fun practise that is ideal after long periods of static & maybe stressfull sitting with the hacky sack that maybe includes some stretches and "reset moves" for good posture? ❤
