Never buy lenskart lenses, go others normal optical shops and buy branded lens like crizal, Clara, o2 lenses.. these all are world wide brands and quality is 20 times better than lenskart

Very bad quality lens, I purchased the best available lens in lenskart store and within 1 year it was full of scratches.

3:15 If cleaning glasses with your hands isn’t effective, why do Lenskart stores do it?Lenskart should conduct annual checks of their stores to ensure consistency and keep the process anonymous.

They mean only in the step prior to coating - not once the lens is finished.

I bought progressive lens for my father. It was really shitty, we had to return it. Then I bought normal glasses with number, it was again shitty product they delivered. I feel like local shop is much better, so I went to Zeiss and got a good pair of specs

they charge you because they use expensive machinery. believe me even with this mega factory your lens last 1 to 2 years max even if you don't wear it everyday , and that's just on paper , in reality the lifespan is much less . simply over complicated everything and its hard to answer to the customer so they use the words , imported , Japan , Germany to get by.

Third class service from lenskart and automated customer care service sucks.. I am fan of Peyush but after ordering the service, I got was hell.. mental torture.. 3 times they had sent same demo piece which has scanner and size print on the lens.. don't you guys do basic QC check? Worstttttt experience ...

Your Lenskart does not support lense power more then -8. This is what they told me when I went to them. So what is the use of being so much technical

Very bad service. deserve zero star. They dont even have customer care. no responce on tweeter. deliveries are taking much more time what they show you when you order. this company is going to loose their market because of bad service and poor quality.

Team i purchased a bogo photochromatic prescription pair for myself last yr and regularly used one for my daily usage say about 10-12 hrs of daily usage and used your aqua spray for it's regular cleaning but it's coating has ruptured in many places and now it's very hard during night time in less than 1 yr of normal usage ... Ayesa kyu bhai also the other glasse which was my spare as you guys sell pairs in offer was kept in box near and clean for more than 8-9 mnths in absolutely new condition but yesterday I took it out to use but was surprised as it's colour changing in sunlight as vanished . So I took to lenskart store they tried UV light on it but it hardly changed and I was instructed to use it as my primary specs for few days and come back if problem persists.... But my question is are lenses supposed to be having such low lifespan that they didn't completed even 12 mnths of usage .... Yeh kya baat hui i need to know what can be done in this case...???

Itne machino pe paise lagane se acha lenses direct cut karke lagao and lens best wuality ke laana chalu kardo. Rather tell zeiss to manufacture for you
