The State Dept have guidelines to look out for products made using forced labour. But there are no Chinese guidelines to identify products imported from US that are made from prison labour.

Two biggest lies the US made on China recently, Forced Labor and Genocide in Xinjiang Province. The US has "no human face", it's just so evil, by dumping such lies on China and fool the world.

I have met a young couple in Thailand recently. They were from US and flow to Singapore and they were traveling from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and then to Cambodia and Vietnam and before going back to US. We have happened to have a casual friendly conversation and I have asked them since they are so near to China, why not go to China just for a few days to see China. I told them China is very interesting. But I was surprised of what they told me. They said according to all their media reports in US and advice by their government and many other people. They were advice and told not to travel to China. Even their parents don't allow them to go to China. They were told China is not a safe country to travel. Very dirty, poor rundown infrastructures, poor transportation system, polluted, homeless people are everywhere waiting to rob tourists are common even in broad daylight. Chances of been detained for no reason by the Communist government is very high. Because China is an authoritarian state and all foreign visitors are monitored by thousands of cameras everywhere and every minute where foreign visitors go. Foreign visitors from western countries can be detained for months or even years for no reason. All these is what they know about China. The couple is like below 25 years of age and already so badly brainwashed by their government and controlled media. This is really sad.
.... i swear to god, I've seen this same reply before, at least more than a year ago, like what's the point of doing this?

@@MatteoLonghi7 , you wants not what is the point of posting the same comments again and again. There are many reasons why China is misunderstood. First, some Western countries, led by the United States, do not like things that are different from them, especially political systems and religious beliefs. They lack tolerance and equality; Second, China's rapid progress has made some countries very uncomfortable. They have lost the sense of superiority and pride that they have long held as the center of the world, generating jealousy and even hatred. Third, most of the major social media and software on the Internet are controlled by Americans. They have long encouraged content that defames China and restricted the dissemination of content that benefits China. So I want to show you a real China. You can also point out what you feel uncomfortable about. As long as it is objective and impartial, we can accept it with an open mind and continuously improve.

I agree with your statement more or less, but there's really no religion in China in the direct sense as long as the public don't use religion as a political tool in public in order to overthrow the government. Plus the states makes things complicate in general. Too much lawyers means too much nonsense talk.

I think food prices are comparable in both countries. But what's much cheaper in China are finished industrial goods and daily utensils. They can be a few times cheaper than in the US for the same thing.
@stevengu9306 ай бұрын
There are many factors that affect product prices, such as scale, origin, transportation, tariffs, consumption level, material costs, labor costs, sales platforms, etc. The blogger shows imported tariff products from high-end supermarkets in first-tier cities. If you go to a third-tier city in China, buy local products in a local ordinary market, and convert the exchange rate, you will fucking your government 100 times everyday.

@dadadaxie To a small percentage of certain Chinese people, it’s not expensive at all! Would you agree that most Chinese people can’t afford to spend over 10000 RMB every month on living expenses?
@apec31006 ай бұрын
@dadadaxie But a smartphone in China would cost around 10000RMB whereas it costs around 1000 USD in the U.S. If you have to convert the 10000 RMB to USD, that’s still more than 1000 USD. Not many Chinese people make over 10000 RMB a month, but many Americans make over 1000 USD a month. That’s the point. There are more examples than that. We’re talking about whether or not how many items a currency can buy in its country.
