You don’t have to let it dry and scrape haha. Just work it in with elbow grease and wipe away in 30 seconds. Works just as well, every time. The abrasives in the paste is what makes it work.

Barkeepers friend works also. You can also sprinkle baking soda with a little dawn and peroxide. I let the paste sit overnight with a wet towel over it and just wipe clean in the morning.

You don't have to use nearly that much of the Weiman's cleaner. You just put a little on a wet rag and spread it around. I use it all of the time. It works very well with just a small amount.

I just take the scraper to the caked on stuff, use the blue and green towels for glass cleaning I ordered on Amazon to clean the rest. Easiest clean on a flat top I have ever done. I haven't even bothered with using that polish. Heck, I don't use any chemicals on any glass surface anymore since buying those towels. Best purchase I have ever made! I have a link but I'm not sure KZbin is gonna allow it.

I clean my cooktop after every use. Much easier to maintain and it always looks great. I only use the blade on thick burnt on food and then just a small dab of the paste to finish. Cheaper that way.

You really shouldn't use the coarser side on glass/painted areas, it'll scratch it and remove paint!!! Barkeepers friend is amazing enough it'll take that ish off without drying. If you maintain control of a razor blade, its great, otherwise, it'll scratch the f%$# outta that glass You need a vacuum hack 😆 🤣 😂

Okay, you boys seriously need to buy "The Pink Stuff" cleaning supplies. The scrub You can use it on your stove top but inside your oven too. And no blade needed. They have several different cleaning products, but it's safe to use on just about anything. Grab yourself a scrub daddy or mommy and put in that elbow grease, voila! And to keep your stove top from getting so gross, clean it after every use, you can thank me later 😂🤘😌

My elbows don’t have enough grease anymore so I make a paste of baking soda and water and spread gentle over top. Don’t rub hard. Add hydrogen peroxide over the top or white vinegar, let sit about 30 mins and wipe away. It works great.

Wel If you're gonna use a blade..... shoot, you don't need expensive stove cleaner. Dawn and ammonia mix with water then blade off the grime. We use this method to clean windows with hard water and stickers from windows. That stove would be clean in a few mins. No need for all this drama.😂

My question is, when did people stop reading instructions? Bc i own the exact SAME product, and nowhere in the instructions does it say to let DRY and scrape with a razor blade. Next time, just use a little soapy water and a stainless blade. It's the blade cleaning it, not the bs cleaner.
