Has anyone heard of adding ground tires/plastics to sidewalk or parking lot asphalt? I've heard rumor of this. It would be a good way to get rid of used tires and plastics.

I liked the Roman type construction so that the rock hills could be saved much.The modern type of construction is killing the environment.In India Kerala a road named M C road was constructed using boulders by the King of Travancore and that lasted for many decades without any maintenance.Some year's back that was replaced by the modern construction by the people's government of the time and is having regular maintenance expense.
