Braces for my teeth, getting a MUCH better hairstyle, exercising to grow muscle on my originally skinny frame, buying more fitting clothing, and overall improving how I carry myself (strong voice, speaking slowly and precisely, getting better at articulating my beliefs, etc). Took years of hard work, but it paid off.

Ascended I have a question for you. In terms of my looks what does this sound like I get messaged first but not all that often. However I don’t have the best photos yet I also can get decent matches, I can get choosing sunglasses as well but this is definitely when I dress nice. But I have a wardrobe good enough to where I get them at least 80 percent of time I go out I also would do better in person with decent signals. Have you ever used Attractiveness Test? I think it’s decently accurate- it led me down the BP to begin with. Guys I know that it rated at least a 7 consistently would have the most girls that would crush on them, even if they were pretty boring people to begin with. The 6s (like myself) still do OK dating, but only when they have good social proof/good job/talents. I’m white and 5’11. I do get more engaged girls that message me first saying “cute” that are international girls, and dating them is much easier. So I wonder if my experiences with international girls as a 6 is like how guys that are a 7 get treated from American girls.

Another way to determine your rank as a guy is how much people respect you and want to interact with you in general male or female. I believe I am between a 7-8, I work in retail everyone treats me with respect and admiration for the most part. My co workers think extremely high of me as well as my bosses. Other guys below my looks levels constantly get disrespected and looked over it's interesting to see the difference in treatment.

I used to be sub5 maybe like a 4 or 4.5 mainly because I was very overweight, I never got disrespected by women or anything for my weight or even at all, all tho some friends would give me hard time occasionally. But anyways I started to lose weight when I was 16 and finished losing weight near the end of my senior year last year when I was 18, I dropped a total of 85lbs going to about 12% bodyfat, and this is around the time I discovered BP and looksmaxxing so I ended up getting a rating from a guy named road to 1% and he gave me a 6.5/10, so HTN or top 15%. And honestly the difference that all of this has made has been huge, get way more attention from women than I ever did, I’m not slaying or anything like that I’m just saying that making the jump from being a fatcel to borderline chadlite is huge.
