I would like to know why the regular Axopar 37 is only rated for twin 400 hp outboards but the Brabus 900 with what looks the same stepped hull is rated for twin 450 motors and thus can do 50knots? What is the build difference that allows larger motors & higher speed?

We believe it has a different laminate schedule be it, in the same set of tooling. Thus with Kevlar and other materials used it can withstand higher loads on the transom. Hope this helps.
