The VGO is one of the two MMGs in Firestorm, where its large magazine capacity and high RoF make it really good against the triple-health enemies you're facing. If you were to take away Firestorm stats, the VGO's overall usage would likely plummet.

If anyone wants to use the model 8 I recommend turning off ADS field or view it gives you a zoom whenever using any guns also it changes your sensitivity but that means that you can use the model 8 with iron sights and you’ll be able to reload a full clip of empty

Breda, G43 & M2 are amazing guns. Especially the M2. Breda is S tier if you get used to swapping to single fire when needed. You can snipe people across the map and it does insane damage. Its only issue is showing 20/160 ammo in the menu but in-game you have 20/80. Reported it to Jaqub and it's being tracked now at least.

I don't think I've ever died to the S2-200, very surprised it wasn't on the bottom of the support. In fact the only reason I remember it being in the game is that there always seems to be a skin for it in the armory for sale.

I'm honestly surprised that the MG34 sits so low, because it's an excellent weapon. Only a few days ago I had an amazing game where I racked up somewhere around 25 kills with it on Wake Island (Breakthrough). Ending in 50 kills total since I started off in a tank. The problem with the MG34 though, is that it's not as versatile as the MG42 in most cases. Even as an MMG player, you'll find yourself having to move around a lot, and the fire rate on the MG42 makes it surprisingly competent on your feet in close quarters when you're looking for that next spot to set up to defend the area as you are capturing an objective or so. While the 42 has the most recoil out of all the support weapons, it's still fairly accurate up to about 100 meters with full auto fire (no bursting) if you know it well. But this is where the 34 kinda has the 42 beat. So it's only when I know I'm gonna be laying down fire over mostly long range, that I pick the 34 over the 42. It breaks my heart, because I kinda like the 34 better (I tend to favor slower fire rate machine guns), and I wish it was better in the situations where I'm forced to storm a house or need to keep up with my squad. I find that weapons with high fire rates are the kings in BF5. The Suomi, the MG42, the Type 2A, the M2 Carbine... these are all guns we see a lot of in the kill feed, and the fact that they remain there despite changes to TTK and nerfs makes me think that DICE may be balancing weapons in the wrong end. Anyway, sorry for writing a novel here lol.

I seldom see people using the m2 carbine; it is definitely underrated. It has a high ROF and 30 rounds, while still being more manageable than the type 2a, along with being able to use single fire for further engagements. for me, it shines on maps where you mostly fight at close to medium range

Weird the g43 is my main semi auto rifle. It's a 3 shot to 100m, aswell as a 2 shot if you land a headshot. Also has 5 round clips for fast reloads if you know how reload cancel. It's a gun that once you master is powerful at all ranges.

I think the reason why not many people choose the G43 is because there is just better semi-autos in the Assault class now like MAS 44, Karibin, M1 Garand and some people would prefer the first firing semi-autos like the M1A1 Carbine, G1-5, AGM 42 and the Turner SMLE.

I put my Folders from BfV on my second Participation Harddisk, into a folder Do not Touch/Neuer Ordner 2/Neuer Ordner 1/Music/US Rap/Music I don't listen to anymore/if you open this folder you get Aids.... I've actually been using the MP 34 to good effect recently. Though I cannot for the life of me complete MP34 proficiency 6. The hipfire kills in one round while in objective areas. I'm one of those weird guys who just prefers to actually aim their weapons and with the slow RoF in close quarters, you just die.

The G43 and model 8 are fantastic guns. The model 8 was my go to aggressive recon weapon before the pistol carbines released and i still use it often. Run it with enhanced hip fire and fire rate and without a 3x scope to get clip reload. I like the 2x scope. The mp34 is alright and the mg34 is meh

I actually use the MP34 a lot! I have it equiped with the Bayonet for that little bit extra. :) Obviously, compared to the Suomi and the Type-2A, it has a very slow rate of fire. But, it does deal a lot of damage! I can actually kill more people with the 32-bullets MP34 magazine, than with the 50 bullets magazine from the fast guns. And when it's empty, I'll just bayonet charge into them. Underrated gun!

I have all weapons lvl10 and yeah i understand you. The 1916, is very situational. You should use it like a turret, holding down flags from a vantage point and just spamming shots all the time (always use the rof upgrade and recoil upgrade). The 1922 MG is probably my favourite mg in the game it literally makes the mg34 totally obsolete and is good middleground between the mg42 and m1919 , the mp28 is just bad its my least favourite smg, basically a trash suomi, the model 8 i aswesome, its the most cqc oriented SLR and the rof upgrade and hipfire upgrades are a must and only use it with iron sights so you reload faster (imo rsc is the worst by far)

The Model 8 is actually a great gun. Remove the scope and you have decent rifle for closer engagements. Most people seem to be overwhelmed by it when they try to rush you.

I think the gewehr-43 has a bit too much vertical recoil. I don’t like how if you go with the faster rate of fire on the MP-34, you’re stuck with only 20 rounds in the magazine. The MG-34 is an MMG, of course I’m not going to use it much. I don’t use the Model 8 all that often because its reload is really long and since it doesn’t hold 6 rounds like the RSC or the ZH-29 (detachable magazines), then you can’t get 3 kills without a headshot. Those are some reasons why I don’t use these weapons at all or often. By the way, if you rank all the maps, the best maps may be Rotterdam and Pacific Storm. The worst will be Hamada and Fjell.

Idk what’s wrong with me but the majority of the mentionned guns are my favourite weapons... The Gewehr 43 is for me the best assault gun, same stats of the M1 but with a better ammo capacity and a better spec tree, the Type 97 MG is my favourite of the support class cuz it has the same ROF than the Lewis but with a 5x better control, and the MP34 with the 599rpm upgrade got absolutely zero recoil

Wow. 3 out of 4 of those were my top weapons! The Gewehr 43, MG34, and MP34. As for what I like em, for the G43, I’m just a fanboy, plain and simple. I’ve loved the gun since Medal of Honor Frontlines. As for the MG34, I think it’s actually a better weapon than the MG42. Sure, you can’t beat the 42 at close range, but the sights on the 34 are much more conducive to mid and long range shooting, helped by the much greater controlability. There is next to no climb or waggle in the 34. It just recoils straight back into you and with the 100rd belt, you can lay down just as much suppression. I like the MP34 for two reasons - I like the sights, and the bayonet. I will say it is completely unusable without the extended mag, though. My top scout rifle is the Kar98.

I've got full mastery dogtags (600 kills) with all primaries and am working my way up to 1000 kills each (although it's hard -- bolt actions only on 700 while SMGs already on 1400). I enjoy using everything because it's a challenge in itself. Any monkey can run STG/Suomi/Thompson/2a/Lewis/ZH (and most people do) and do well with them, but it's boring (to me). Feels like wading through bots when you equip the cheap easy guns; there's no sense of victory or accomplishment ... only shame. All these "bad" unused weapons are really fun to use, that's where the rush comes from! Outplaying/shooting better guns despite the "crutch".
