I'm studying Plumbing and I have a Valve test coming up. Your channel has been super helpful. I find reading a textbook so dry. With your video, it illuminated what a valve would look like on multiple sides. Thanks for sharing

Great video . I have one remark: Ball valve can be also used for very high temperature around 500 degrees Celsius if the seat material be also metal and no teflon. They say metal to metal seat. also if we need a fire safe ball valve we need to have also metal seat or other material suitable for high temperature.

Why some ball valves has an arrow that indicates the direction it should be on .. like a check valve for example?

I dont understand what you mean by throttling. Also does the valve make a noise if its not seated right ?

Hi nice visualization thank you so much. In this you mentioned that the seat is made of rubber so it cant be used for high temperature applications. I saw other valve vedios like pinch valves and butterfly valves whose seat is also made of rubber material.. so does this mean all these valves are not suitable for high temperature application.

What a wonderful video..... I'm so happy to see this video. I made a simple animation from solidworks as well. But, not as good as this one. Especially when you show the inside components of the valve, it's perfectly presented according to my opinion. I just wonder how did you do that? Cause I made a separate section with cutted part and hide and show them when I need, but this way to complicated. Please let me know how did you make this beautiful animation, if you don't mind. Thank you for your amazing work P. S. I'm your new subscriber

@@savree-3d sorry, but I could understand. What is the relation between leakage and side or top facing of stem. How it is more loaded ? And what actually meant by "loaded" in case of valve stem Tx

This was done in Blender or SolidWorks. That is what the guys use. Sorry for the late response, YT did not inform us of your comment.
